【花卉信息】松子仁可以抗衰美容

松子，又名海松子、新罗松子，为松科植物红松的种子。其种仁称为松子仁，是人们茶余饭后爱吃的炒货之一。被清代名医王孟英推祟为“果中仙品”。

　松子仁，性味甘温，含有大量的脂肪，每100克中约含脂肪63克，主要为油酸脂、亚油酸脂等不饱和脂肪酸。每100克松子仁中含磷质234毫克，对于骨骼、牙齿发育不全、患有佝偻病的儿童有辅助治疗作用。

　中医认为松子仁具有养血补液、滋润止咳、滑肠通便的功效，可以治疗肺燥咳嗽，老人津枯肠燥便秘。
