【花卉信息】金公双叶粥

原料：茶叶、苏叶各3-6克，金银花30克，蒲公英30克，粳米50-100克。

　　制法：先将茶叶、苏叶、金银花、蒲公英加水适量煮煎，去渣取汁，再加入粳米煮成粥。

　　用法：每日2次服食。

　　特点：本品具有清热解毒、宣肺利咽的功效。适用于扁桃体炎，急性咽喉炎，上呼吸道感染所致的咽喉肿痛、声音嘶哑。
