性喜高温多湿，生育适温约22~30℃。寒流侵袭低于15℃以下，需注意预防寒害，避免叶片因滞水隔夜而冻伤。
养护技术：
(1)直接洗根水养．也可剪取带有气生根的植株水插，约15天左右生根。
(2)炎热的夏季用较低浓度的营养液或清水养，且要增加换水次数。
(3)水养期间，叶面经常喷水，保持较高的空气湿度。
(4)生长季节喷叶面肥，有利于提高观赏性。
(5)随时剪除植株下部老化叶片和残根。
